Some yacht sailing experience is beneficial but all are welcome whether you’ve recently completed your Comp Crew or you are an old salty sea dog!
Dependent on the event we will ensure their is a mix of experience on the boat, so don’t worry if you’ve never raced before, we will teach you!

2024 Race Fees
During the course of the events listed above crew members will be required to pay race fees and contribute towards fuel costs. These fees are dependent on rank/grade of crew member and the duration of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Crew members who cancel within 72 hours of an event without sound reason for doing so (e.g. operational reasons) will be charged full race fees for the event and may not be selected for future RAFSA events.
