The RAFSA Super Series is a handicap racing series consisting of 3 events spread across the year. The series culminates in the RAFSA Dinghy ‘Brady’ Championships. This series is design to get more RAFSA sailors involved sailing both serving and not serving.
This year the series also includes the return of the RAFSA Regatta, a weekend event designed to give all RAFSA members the opportunity to compete.
The 2025 series includes:
7th/ 8th May – Rutland Harrier – Rutland SC
(Includes the RAF Single Handed Champs)
21st/ 22nd June – RAFSA Regatta – Rutland Sc
8th – 10th October– Brady Trophy – Rutland SC (2000 Class Only)
The Rutland Harrier and RAFSA Regatta are open to all monohull dinghies between a PY795 & 1215, this decision has been made due to the expected spread across the fleet.
Racing will be handicap racing / or a pursuit race.
Scoring will be against the individual rather than the boat which will allow people to sail multiple classes and with multiple crews (accounting for personal deployed)
The series is open to all RAFSA, RNSA and ASA members serving or civilian. Boats require one person to be a member of eligible associations, so people are able to crew with civilian sailors.
Entry for each event will be through the website.
